# Delete an invoice item (/api/invoices/delete-invoice-item)

`DELETE https://api.comecero.com/api/v1/invoices/{invoice_id}/items/{item_id}`

Removes one item from an open, unpaid invoice. If the item is part of a bundle, the whole bundle is removed. Shipping and promotions are worked out again. Takes a secret or trusted token.

Responses: 204, 401, 403, 404, 422, 500.
