# Create a template (/api/templates/create-template)

`POST https://api.comecero.com/api/v1/templates`

Saves a Handlebars template. Use its id as `template_id` on a notification subscription, as `wrapper_template_id` on another template, or with `POST /notifications`. Secret and trusted tokens may call it; a limited token may not (`403`).

Responses: 201, 400, 401, 403, 404, 500.
