# Delete a template (/api/templates/delete-template)

`DELETE https://api.comecero.com/api/v1/templates/{id}`

Deletes the template. Core does not check whether a notification subscription or another template still uses it: check first, or those emails fall back to the built-in template. Secret and trusted tokens may call it; a limited token may not (`403`).

## Parameters

- `id` (path, required): The template id.

Responses: 204, 401, 403, 404, 500.
