Update a payment method
Changes a saved payment method. For a card you can change the expiry, cardholder name, label and billing address. A new expiry is also passed to the gateways that keep a copy of the card. The card number cannot change: add the new card instead. Send is_default: true to make this the default; the customer's other methods stop being the default.
