Gateway weight

How the gateway weight decides which payment gateway takes a payment when more than one can, and how backup gateways and gateway attempts work.

Replace a role PUT

Replaces a role with the one you send. This is `PUT`, not `POST`: send the whole role, including its `role_id` (`400` without it) and at least one permission. Fields you leave out are cleared. Secret and trusted tokens may call this with the `roles` update permission.

List gateways GET

Lists the gateways of your account in the mode of the token you call with. The list is offset-based. Secret and trusted tokens may call this with the `gateways` read permission.
