Get an event
Gets one event: its delivery status and the data that was or will be sent. Send debug=true to see why the last attempt failed. Secret and trusted tokens may call it; a limited token may not (403).
AuthorizationBearer <token>A secret, trusted or limited token. See Authentication.
event_id*stringThe event id.
debug?booleanWhen true, the event also has retry_count, date_last_delivery_attempt, date_next_delivery_attempt and debug.
falsetimezone?stringAn IANA time zone name, such as America/New_York or UTC. It sets how date_start and date_end are read and the time zone of every date in the response. The default is the account's time zone (Settings, Technical), or UTC when it has none. A name that is not known is a 400.
expand?stringComma-separated child objects to return in full instead of as a URL, for example customer, payments. Use dot notation for nested objects (items.product), up to four levels deep. A single object takes up to 12 paths; a list takes up to 2, applied to every item. Extra paths are dropped without an error. See Expanding objects.
show?stringComma-separated fields to return; all others are left out. Use dot notation for child fields (customer.email). You cannot send show and hide together (400). See Customizing output.
hide?stringComma-separated fields to leave out of the response. Use dot notation for child fields (customer.email). You cannot send show and hide together (400). See Customizing output.
formatted?booleanWhen true, the object also has a formatted child with amounts and dates as display text in the shopper's language and currency (for example $19.99 or November 7, 2026). The default is false. See Localized formatting.
falseThe event.
application/json- response
One delivery of one event to one event subscription. When something happens (an order is created, a payment completes), Comecero makes one event for each active event subscription to that event type, each with its own event_id and the same fingerprint. This is also the body Comecero POSTs to your webhook URL.
object?"event"Always event.
"event"url?stringThe URL of this event in the API.
urievent_id?stringThe id of this delivery. It is different for each event subscription, and stays the same when the delivery is retried, so use it to ignore a delivery you already handled.
test?booleantrue for a test mode event.
account_id?stringThe account the event belongs to.
type?event_typeThe kind of event. See the Webhooks section of this reference for when each one fires and what its data holds.

Left out when the token may not read event subscriptions.
fingerprint?stringThe id of the thing that happened. Every event subscription that receives the same occurrence gets the same fingerprint.
status?stringWhere delivery stands. queued: made, not sent yet. delivered: your server answered 2xx (or the email was sent). retry: the last attempt failed and another is planned. failed: no more attempts will be made.
"queued""delivered""retry""failed"date_created?stringWhen the event happened. Dates in an event use the event subscription's timezone, or the account's time zone when it has none.
date-timedate_modified?stringWhen the event last changed, for example at its last delivery attempt.
date-timeenvironment_variables?|The name and value pairs set on the event subscription when the event was made, passed through so your endpoint can read its own settings.
data? The object the event is about, shaped like a GET of that object (an order for order:created, a payment for payment:completed). The event subscription's expand, show and hide apply to it. It is the object as it was when the event was made, not as it is now.
retry_count?integerHow many automatic retries have been made. Only returned with debug=true.
date_last_delivery_attempt?|When the last delivery attempt was made. Only returned with debug=true.
date-timedate_next_delivery_attempt?|When the next automatic attempt is planned. Only returned with debug=true, and only when an attempt is planned.
date-timedebug?|Why the last attempt failed, such as the status code and the first 500 characters your server answered. Only returned with debug=true.
formatted?Dates as display text. Only returned with formatted=true.

Lists the events made for your event subscriptions, one per subscription per occurrence. With no `status`, only `delivered` events are listed: send `status=retry` or `status=failed` to find deliveries that did not get through. Events are kept for 30 days after their last change, and for 7 days once delivered or in test mode. The list is cursor-based and sorted by `date_created`. Secret and trusted tokens may call it; a limited token may not (`403`).
Delete an event DELETE
Deletes an event so it is no longer listed. An event that was waiting for a retry is not sent again. Secret and trusted tokens may call it; a limited token may not (`403`).
