Get a license request

/license_requests/{license_request_id}

Returns one license request. Send debug=true to see the retry details and why the last attempt failed. Secret and trusted tokens may call it.

The license request id.

debug?boolean

When true, the response adds retry_count, the attempt dates and last_failure_meta.

expand?string

Comma-separated child objects to return in full instead of as a URL, for example customer,payments. Use dot notation for nested objects (items.product), up to four levels deep. A single object takes up to 12 paths; a list takes up to 2, applied to every item. Extra paths are dropped without an error. See Expanding objects.

show?string

Comma-separated fields to return; all others are left out. Use dot notation for child fields (customer.email). You cannot send show and hide together (400). See Customizing output.

hide?string

formatted?boolean

When true, the object also has a formatted child with amounts and dates as display text in the shopper's language and currency (for example $19.99 or November 7, 2026). The default is false. See Localized formatting.

One attempt by Comecero to get a license key from a license service for an order item. For a remote_url service this is also the body Comecero posts to your license server. Failed requests are retried on their own for several days.

The order as it was sent to the license service, with the customer expanded and the service's expand, show and hide applied.

retry_count?integer

How many attempts have been made. Returned only with debug=true.

date_last_request_attempt?|

When the last attempt was made. Returned only with debug=true.

List license requests GET

Returns the calls made to your license services, by status. Only `failed` requests are returned unless you send another `status`, so the default list is the one to watch for problems. Oldest first unless you send `desc=true`. Secret and trusted tokens may call it.

Delete a license request DELETE

Deletes a license request for good, so it no longer shows in the list. A license already issued from it is kept. Use it to clear a failed request you have dealt with another way. Secret and trusted tokens may call it.
