Retry a license request
Runs a license request again now, failed or not. On success a new license is saved and added to the order item, and automatic retries stop. A failure is not returned as an error: the call still answers 200, so check status in the response (with debug=true for the reason). No request body. Secret and trusted tokens may call it.

One attempt by Comecero to get a license key from a license service for an order item. For a remote_url service this is also the body Comecero posts to your license server. Failed requests are retried on their own for several days.
